Pickett County High School, home of the Bobcats, is a small school that provides students with a more personal way to learn with a friendly staff and students. PCHS is located in Byrdstown, Tennessee which is also home of Dale Hollow Lake. Snow Days & Early Dismissal

Should conditions develop overnight which warrant the closing of school, announcements will be broadcast on radio stations WDEB - 103.9 fm, Lite Rock - 95.9 fm and Country Giant - 94.7 fm. TV channels 2, 4, and 5 will also carry closing information.

It is important to keep student information up to date in the event that school is closed early.
